FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pair of handles having color ring for pliers showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image.

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side elevation view being a mirror image.

FIG. 4 is a top side elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom side elevation view thereof.

The color of the color ring located on the top of the handles is different from the color of the handle.

I claim the ornamental design for a pair of handles having color rings for pliers, as shown and described.
