I claim the ornamental design for a skate wheel, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an end view of a skate wheel, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof.

In an alternate embodiment, the side of the wheel of the invention opposite to the side shown in FIG. 2 is a mirror image of FIG. 2, and the surface of the wheel of the invention, visible in FIG. 1, extends around the periphery of the wheel uniformly.
