FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a top sizer showing my new design in a position of use, the hanger fragmentarily shown in phantom line illustrating environment only and not forming a part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, the other end being a mirror image thereof.
