The ornamental design for a combined carrier and set of containers, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevation of the combined carrier and set of containers showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

The bottom of the carrier is flat and unornamented. The rear view of the combined carrier and set of containers is the same as the front view shown in FIG. 1.
