FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation being a mirror image of the right side elevation as shown herein in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of only the head portion thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof.
