The ornamental design for a textile mattress tape, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a front view of the textile mattress tape showing my new design broken away at the top and bottom to indicate indeterminate length, it being understood that the pattern is repeated uniformly throughout the length thereof;
FIG. 2 is a greatly enlarged fragmentary front view thereof within the circle, 2, in FIG. 1 showing the details of the surface pattern of the design which is omitted in FIG. 1 due to the small scale thereof, it being understood that the surface pattern shown in FIG. 2 repeats uniformly throughout the length and width of the design;
FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line 3--3 in FIG. 2; and,
FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 4--4 in FIG. 2.
