The ornamental design for a D-ring attachment for a luggage case, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the D-ring attachment for a luggage case embodying my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the D-ring attachment shown in FIG. 1, the rear view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right end view thereof, the left end view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.
