The ornamental design for a tripod floating mount for a pond aerator, as shown and described.

The device is floated upon a pond surface using three floats at the bottom of each tripod leg. An impeller shaft extends from a motor head at the top of the tripod and under a pond surface where there is an impeller to agitate and aerate the pond water. The impeller shaft is turned by a motor in the motor head.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a floating aerator devise showing the new design is the form of the tripod mount.

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4. is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines shown here show a portion of the structure of the device that forms no part of the design to be patented. These include upper motor head, impeller and blade, and floats.
