The ornamental design for a tissue carton having prismatic sidewalls, as shown and described.

The file of this patent contains at least one photograph executed in color. Copies of this patent with color photograph(s) will be provided by the Patent and Trademark Office upon request and payment of the necessary fee.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view photograph, in actual size, of a tissue carton in accordance with this invention. Specifically, shown is a blue upright tissue carton for dispensing KLEENEX® brand facial tissues through the top of the carton. The top of the carton contains a removable, substantially oval perforated cardboard portion that covers a slit plastic film dispensing opening. When the user wishes to dispense the tissues, the user removes the cardboard portion to dispense the tissues within the carton. The four sides of the carton, which are substantially the same (only two sides visible in this view), comprise a prismatic material that captures and reflects light in different directions giving the appearance of depth. The prismatic material provides at least nine individual prismatic cells or portions thereof per side wall, which cells appear as multiple squares in this particular material. The result is a colored side wall that provides at least nine individual three-dimensionally sources of reflected light that provide a distinctive, aesthetic appearance to the tissue carton. More specifically, the particular material illustrated is a repeating Fresnel pattern film laminate sold under the trademark Multi-Lens™ by Coburn Corporation, Lakewood, N.J. Exemplary colors for the cartons of this invention include blue, gold, magenta, green, silver, purple and red.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the same carton of FIG. 1, but with the light source for the photograph positioned slightly differently in order to illustrate how the appearance changes as the relative positions of the light source and the carton change.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the same carton of FIGS. 1 and 2, but with the light source for the photograph again positioned differently to further illustrate the effect of the prismatic surface.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the carton of FIG. 1, again showing how the ambient light plays off of the surface of the prismatic material; and,

FIG. 5 is a side view of another embodiment of this invention similar to the carton of FIG. 1, but with the pedestal graphics on the bottom of the carton removed to provide a more generic appearance.

The KLEENEX trademark forming part of the claimed design in one embodiment is a registered trademark of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
