The ornamental design for a handle for a luggage case, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the handle for a luggage case embodying my new design.

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof; the rear view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a left end view thereof, the right end view being a mirror image thereof.
