The broken lines on the surface of the strap represent stitching which passes through the strap and holds a pouch enclosed tubular member to the bottom of the strap.
The broken line shown above and below the right and left sides of the strap illustrated in FIG. 4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
