The ornamental design for a H.I.D. lamp changer, as shown and described.

The handle is constructed of three quarter inch schedule 40 PVC with an inside diameter of one half inch. Cut to six inches in length. A one quarter inch hole is drilled through the handle two and one half inches from the bottom of the handle to allow a Retaining pin to be used to secure the lamp changer to the end of an extension pole. A three quarter inch coupling is attached to the end of the handle and drilled with four one eighth inch holes to allow the four metal fingers to be riveted on to the coupling. The metal fingers of the H.I.D. lamp changer are made of five eighths of an inch wide steel banding material cut to eighteen and one half inches in length. The fingers are bent to a unique shape to secure and cradle the lamp. The lower half of the fingers that touch the lamp are covered with one half inch clear vinyl tubing cut into five eighth inch pieces and spaced out one half inches apart. A band made of elastic is used at the tips of the fingers and riveted in place allowing the fingers to stretch over the lamp and snap back into its original shape. The metal fingers are a blue steel finish and the handle is painted a blaze safety orange to maintain visibility. The right, left and rear elevation view is a mirror image of the front elevation view.
