The ornamental design for the mermaid fish hook, as shown and described.

The present design relates to a fishing hook adapted with a mermaid-like molded ornament having a body fabricated with high density luminous material.

FIG. 1 is a left side elevation view of the mermaid fishing hook of the present design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the mermaid fishing hook of the present design; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view of the mermaid fishing hook of the present design.
