FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a strap according to the present invention that forms a portion of a shoe upper with the ends of the strap joined in a use position, the phantom lines showing portions of a shoe for use with the strap are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a plan view of one surface of the strap with the strap laid flat;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the surface of the strap opposing the surface shown in FIG. 2, with the strap again laid flat;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the strap of FIGS. 2 and 3, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view of one end of the strap of FIGS. 2-4; and,

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of the other end of the strap of FIGS. 2-5.
