FIG. 2 is a front plan view of a base of the holder of FIG. 1, with a cover removed from the holder;

FIG. 3 is a top elevational view of the holder with the cover mounted on the base;

FIG. 4 is a rear plan view of the holder of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of the holder of FIG. 3, the left side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom elevational view of the holder of FIG. 3.
