The ornamental design for the soap dispenser, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention showing the front top and side of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the present invention; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the present invention, both right and left side being identical.

There is no design feature on the backside of the invention.
