The ornamental design for an LED-illuminated vehicle steering wheel cover, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a vehicle steering wheel that is covered with an LED illuminated vehicle steering wheel cover showing my new design. The LEDs are operated by an enclosure containing a battery and a switch and that is attached to a surface of a steering wheel enclosure shown by broken lines. The steering wheel enclosure and other wheel structures are shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
