The ornamental design for a vehicle screen, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a vehicle screen.

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of the vehicle screen, the left side being a mirror image of the right side view shown; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the vehicle screen, the bottom view being substantially a mirror image of the top view shown.

The rear elevational view of the design is not visible in its intended use and is flat.
