FIG. 8 is a front perspective view of the hair dryer shown with the actuating switch in an alternative position; and,

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of the hair dryer provided with a different actuating switch.

The portions of the second embodiment that are not shown in the drawings are identical to the first embodiment.
