FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a banner hanger illustrating my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof, with a right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged side elevational view thereof showing the hanger in an open position and showing a suction cup. The part outlined in dotted lines is shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed invention.
