The ornamental design for a gavel bat, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a left plan view of a gavel bat showing my new design, the right side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 2 is a left perspective view thereof.

The top and bottom of the gavel head are both flat and unornamented, as is the back of the bat handle.
