The ornamental design for a testing clamp, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of my testing clamp;

FIG. 2 is a top perspective view of my testing clamp; and,

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of my testing clamp.

My testing clamp is characterized by a u-shaped clamp with a channel in the base, which allows for an adjustable sliding bolt.
