The ornamental design for a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a side view of a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a top view of a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear view of a mobility vehicle with an environmental enclosure in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The personal mobility vehicle design is characterized by a relationship between the front wheels and the rear wheels where the rear wheels are significantly larger than the front wheels to provide a downwardly sloping configuration from the rear of the vehicle to the front of the vehicle. The vehicle design is also characterized by an open front that exposes a passenger compartment as well as an environmental enclosure that covers the passenger compartment. The environmental enclosure is configured in style comparable with the vehicle design lines. The bottom view of the vehicle is not part of the claimed design. The broken lines, including for the styling lines, the tires, the seat, the roll bar, and the steering controls illustrate the environment of the design. While larger rear tires are predominate in the appearance, the size relationship between the tires and the body of the vehicle and the width of the tires is not part of the claimed design.
