FIG. 1 is a forward perspective view of a first embodiment of my new design for a side gusseted flexible beverage pouch with high rise fitment illustrating the characteristic features of the design which resides in its shape together with having an opaque upper portion and transparent lower portion on both the front, back, left, and right sides of the pouch;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the right side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of an alternative embodiment of my new design illustrating the characteristic features of the design which resides in its shape together with having a transparent top portion and opaque bottom portion on both the front, rear, and sides of the pouch, the rear view being identical;
