FIG. 1 is a top front and left side perspective view of a combined finger-held liquid and lotion applicator and cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof, the rear elevation is the same;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the finger-held liquid and lotion applicator shown without the cover so that the portions of the applicator that are obscured by the cover can be completely disclosed;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation of FIG. 4, the opposite side elevation is the same;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation of FIG. 4, the rear elevation is the same; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 4.
