FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined male sanitary device and strap with mounting strap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is the rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view, taken from the left side of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is the right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The strap is shown broken in the middle in the FIGS. 1 through 4 for convenience of illustration and to show that they are of indeterminate length.

The cross-hatching in the FIGS. 1 and 2 is fragmentary shown convenience of illustration, it being understood that the cross-hatching is uniformly continuous over the surface on which it appears.
