I claim the ornamental design for a patriotic peace flag, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of the patriotic peace flag showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view, the top view being a mirror image thereof.
