FIG. 4 is side view of the vehicle front bumper of FIG. 1.

The illustrated and claimed front bumper is illustratively shown as being attached to a vehicle with the broken away portion of the vehicle being illustrated in phantom. The broken lines for the vehicle, including for the headlights, the grill, and hood are only to illustrate the environment of the design. The bottom and rear view of the bumper are not part of the claimed design.
