The ornamental design for a surface configuration of a dashboard for a vehicle, as shown and described.

This application is related to the following co-pending applications, of the inventor, filed on even date herewith: U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/192,814, entitled "Surface Configuration of a Center Console for a Vehicle"; and U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/192,815, entitled "Surface Configuration of an Instrument Panel for a Vehicle".

FIG. 1 is a front view of a surface configuration of a dashboard for a vehicle according to my novel design; and,

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the surface configuration of a dashboard for a vehicle according to my novel design.
