FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The cross-hatching shading in the figures is fragmentarily shown for convenience of illustration, it being understood that the shading is uniformly continued over the surface in which it appears.

The broken line showning of the ties in FIGS. 1 and 5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
