We claim the ornamental design for a grill, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a frustum-shaped grill in accordance with our design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the frustum-shaped grill design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the frustum-shaped grill, similar to FIG. 2, but showing a grate in dashed outline, which is normally supported by the grill but which does not form a part of the design;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of frustum-shaped grill design, the side elevational views being the same and;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the frustum-shaped grill shown in FIG. 1.
