We claim the ornamental design for display frame post, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a perspective view.

Due to the symmetry of the design, this perspective view is the same from both ends and all sides of the claimed invention. The perspective view of FIG. 1 fully and completely discloses the appearance of the display frame post design.
