The ornamental design for a separable wheel having a double rim for two tires with a protective cover and mechanically operated retractable anti-skid devices, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a separable wheel having a double rim for two tires with a protective cover and mechanically operated retractable anti-skid devices of the present invention, showing my new design with only one anti-skid device and a central operating portion over a protective cover; the broken line showing of a handle for turning the central operating portion between the open and closed positions of the anti-skid devices shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 and 6-13, is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1, with a plurality of anti-skid devices shown in the extended or operating position;
FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 2, the right side being a mirror image thereof, without the air holes;
