FIG. 1 illustrates a side view of the liquid and lotion applicator with finger actuated bellows-type pressure pump showing my new and ornamental design, the opposite side being a mirror-image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom and rear perspective view of the liquid and lotion applicator shown without the finger actuated bellows-type pressure pump so that portions of the threaded neck can be disclosed;

FIG. 4 is a bottom and front perspective view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the finger actuated bellows-type pressure pump shown without the liquid and lotion applicator for ease of illustration;

FIG. 6 illustrates a side view of another embodiment, the opposite side being a mirror-image thereof;
