FIG. 5 is a right elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of a second embodiment of a fishing rod holder showing my new design, the bottom portion being broken away but is identical to the first embodiment.
