I claim the ornamental design for an apparatus for securing a work piece, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an apparatus for securing a work piece according to my new design, the broken lines of the apparatus for securing a work piece are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;
