FIG. 2 is a front view thereof showing in phantom outline a picture inserted into said frame, said picture not being a part of this invention;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top view thereof showing in phantom outline the picture of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a side view thereof, the unshown opposite side being of identical appearance.
