FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the swivel hook rotated approximately 45°;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, with the swivel hook rotated approximately 45°;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, with the swivel hook rotated approximately 45°; and,
