This application is related to commonly owned U.S. design patent applications Ser. No. 29/197,591 filed Jan. 16, 2004 and 29/197,627, tiled Jan. 16, 2004 and concurrently filed U.S. design patent applications Ser. No. 29/217,599 and Ser. No. 29/217,578.
