I claim the ornamental design for a tree-mounted hunting blind, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tree-mounted hunting blind showing the new design, taken from the lower right side of the tree-mounted hunting blind.
FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the tree-mounted hunting blind of FIG. 1.
