The broken lines showing the inside surface of FIG. 5 is understood to represent the portion of the design that forms no part of the claim. The broken lines around the perimeter of the sole in FIGS. 7 and 8 are understood to form the boundary of the design, with the line itself and the area within, forming no part of the claim.

The heavy solid black lines across FIGS. 1 and 4 are understood to represent shading.
