The ornamental design for a hitch-mounted vehicle light bar, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hitch-mounted vehicle light bar comprising the new design, showing a representative vehicle onto which the new design may be mounted in phantom;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the design of FIG. 1 showing typical mounting hardware in phantom, where the bottom view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of another embodiment of the claimed design, showing one end geometry which is one example of the design of FIGS. 1 through 5;

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view of another embodiment of the claimed design having a light configuration comprising a curved light, only a portion of which is shown, the light configuration being the sole difference between it and FIGS. 1 through 5; and,

FIG. 13 is a front elevational view of another embodiment of the claimed design having a light configuration comprising a straight-sided light, only a portion of which is shown, the light configuration being the sole difference between it and FIGS. 1 through 5.
