The ornamental design for a turntable for condiment dispensing carousel, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the turntable showing my new design.

The bottom of the turntable is unadorned and therefore is not shown, and the structure is symmetrical about its central vertical axis so that further side elevation views are unnecessary.
