FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof with the attachment folded out;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof with the attachment folded out;

FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof with the attachment folded out, the left side view being identical to the right side view.

FIG. 8 is a right side view thereof with the attachment folded in, the left side view being identical to the right side view.

The random, curved, shading lines represent some flexibility of the top and bottom walls of the fluid material holder portion of the dispenser.
