The ornamental design for a video fish camera, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of my new design for a video fish camera and wherein the rear view is identical;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof with the camera lens facing away; and,

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof with the camera lens facing forward.
