I claim the ornamental design for a sliced cylindrical block of food material having four longitudinal cuts, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of a sliced cylindrical block of food material having four longitudinal cuts, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front end view thereof, which is similar to a back end view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, which is similar to a left side view, a top side view and a bottom side view thereof.
