FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a trailer hitch-cover having a spinner surrounded by a tire showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the lines 5—5 of FIG. 1.
