We claim the ornamental design for a motorcycle rocker housing, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side view of a motorcycle rocker housing according to the invention, shown in a position of use from the right side of the motorcycle; and,

FIG. 2 is an enlarged right side view of the motorcycle rocker housing of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the environment is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. Also, the broken lines which define the boundary of the motorcycle rocker housing form no part of the claimed design.
