FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1, illustrating a sheet of packaging material separated from the bag dispenser, partially applied thereto; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 8, illustrating packaging applied to the bag dispenser with the exception of one corner, illustrating final stage of applying the packaging.
