FIG. 1 is a front view of an index card style planner leaf showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the relative positioning of the front and rear index card style leafs represented in FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view of the index card style planner leaf of FIG. 1.

The stippling is being used to represent surface color contrast.
